In my 30 gallon tank, I have a Bristlenose catfish, 2 Panda Corydoras, Sterba Corydoras, Three Striped Corydoras and 1 Rasbora, the other two died when this mysterious infection started in mid-February. I take full ownership of this, because my gravel wasn’t getting clean thoroughly as I thought, at this time I was feeding black worms and Hikari Mini Algae Wafers. I have since switched to dry granules.
Temp: 74, GH: 180, KH:40, PH: 7.6, Ammonia: 0, Nitrites: 0 and Nitrates: 10.
Three of my Corydoras have white noses, their barbels are all normal and they eat and swim fine, too. The two Pandas have light red lesions on the side of their heads, it used to be darker red and from their tail towards their head, a thin white coat. My Three Striped looks like its cheeks are caved in and small white patch under it’s chin, but other than that, it eats and swims normally. My Bristlenose went from white from the tip of its whiskers to the middle of its tail to normal color and my Rasbora had tiny white specs on the dorsal and tail to none. It also has a lesion on the top of its head that is pinkish (it used to be a white patch) and red lesion on the side of its head.
Since February until yesterday, they were on Pimafix and Melafix together, Jungle Fungus Cure and finally Spectrogram.
I know too much antibiotic isn’t good for them, so what do I do to get them cured?

Can you please provide a link to a close up picture of the infections?
Also have you performed any baths or direct swabs with Methylene blue of AAP Wound Control?
