Does the bump on his left side look normal-ish? I'm hoping it was something that happened during/after his molt and not a parasite. It has a weird angle/shape to it and not round/oval, Ill have to take another pic.

No, this does not look normal, but I am unclear from the picture what this might be.
This appeared immediately following a molt?

another thing about it is that it's a bump but it has a thin raised line all the way up to its mouth/under its eye.
if it is a parasite how long will it take to kill him and if it isn't how long will it take for him to molt?

It does not look like a parasite, more like a malformation.
As for getting caught in the bag; I've had this happen many times with this very Cleaner Shrimp (Lysmata amboinensis), with no lasting issues (at least that I could document)

So if it is just an air bubble or malformation will it get removed when it molts next?
