The Puffs are in the throes of some strange plague! I noticed it with a couple right after i started their new sump. Now most of them seem to have it. Check out the vid. These guys are the worst off and in quarantine from the main commune. water parameters are normal. The white stuff floating is IO LifeGuard. I also gave them a dose of general cure in food and their tank yesterday, and increased salt and heat.

Hi PufferCorps Peggy!
The puffer seem very anxious, but you know your fish better. Could you describe what has led up to this and how well they are eating (if at at all)?
I would not mix Instant Ocean Lifeguard with General Cure, not compatible. Also while IO Lifeguard can be effective for known issues, I would not recommend this product for unknown issues (which this appears to be) as it is a strong oxidizer and could actually make the problem worse.
I would continue the General Cure in this hospital tank and in feeding, raise salt levels and consider Methylene Blue Baths (or even in this hospital tank).
Monitor ammonia/nitrite levels too

You giving these guys electrolytes? They need them constantly.
I believe your getting your pH stable with a constant KH ya?
I also wouldn't recommend increasing heat and salt. That leads to less O2 and causes more stress.
