Visiting Lewey at the hospital. He had a bladder obstruction. $6K later he's recovering nicely...

Enjoyed all the pictures. Thank you. We have a thread around here where we are showing off our other family pets. Some fun pictures. I'll have to dig it up. You might like it. I hope you cat recovers nicely. I'm sorry about the cost. Money for me has to be...here today, gone tomorrow. Thanks for being a part of the group.

I think most of us pet owners would do anything within our means for our pets...even for the fish which is how I found my way here in the first place

I spend more on my fish than I do my cat! If I could afford it I would take Nala (Emmanala Vendetta Talks-To-Bugs) to the vet more often. She just turned 14--I got her on Sept. 7th, 2001. She was around three months old when I got her, and since I got her from a shelter (which didn't have any background info on her) I assigned June 1st as her "official" birthday. I had written a lot more, but when I went to post it I bumped something in the process, and everything got erased . At the moment I can't remember just what all I wrote , so I'll have to think on it a bit and maybe post it later. One thing, though, my kitty cat--as opposed to my kitty fish--is a climber, not a jumper...good thing I've never had drapes ! [And she used to love "chasing" the Cories when she was younger.] Glad Lewey is doing well.
