One question:
In an early paragraph you state:
"Ich-Attack is effective against protozoan parasites on fishes and aquatic invertebrates, whether fresh or brackish water, or marine."
Then later you say:
"Kordon Herbal Ich-Attack (Rid-Fungus) is especially suitable for tropical marine aquariums containing aquatic invertebrates, because it also treats their fungal infections, while not adversely affecting coral reef animals, including corals, anemones, starfish, snails, crabs, and shrimp."
This seems contradictory. I'm EXTREMELY interested in Naphthoquinones since I'm getting ready to move my shrimp AGAIN in order to facillitate treating disease in my fish. I would love nothing more than to be able to not have to do that as much (or at all) in the future.

Thanks for catching this (I also noticed another word that was confusing)
It now reads: "Ich-Attack is effective against protozoan parasites on fishes while safe for most aquatic invertebrates, whether fresh or brackish water, or marine."

So is that Kordon's marketing, or does your experience back it up?
Like I said, if it works AND it's safe for my shrimp, I'm gonna have to buy some.

This is a little of both (plus more research).
This product has actually been out for a few years. I have not been able to truly test this, however I have been digging up snips of information here and there about Naphthoquinones so as to verify their effectiveness, which the research appears sound after reading much of it over the last year.
As for hands on use, like I noted earlier, I only have a little anecdotal use, which does not qualify IMO as true experience, however I know that my brother in law (Gregg) that runs my previous Aquarium Maintenance business has used it with more measured results, albeit still not in scientific grade trials/test.
The lack of time on my part, as well as slow to come feedback from him and good research grade information is why this "update" has been so long in coming (I have been asked for information about Naphthoquinones for over a year now)
One further side note and that is two aquarium product manufacturers; Kordon and SeaChem do have very good and reliable research labs, so while they obviously want to promote their products, they actually invest real reliable research (from what I have observed over the years) unlike Hagen, Tetra and many other companies. The only company that performed better research IMO (I met with their researchers over the years at trade conventions) was Aquatronics, however this awesome company when it came to cutting edge fish treatments did not run their business well and tried to grow into areas that were not their strong suite and ended up going under about 7 years ago.

I should also add, as I think this last question was fair and legitimate question, I added further information in this section of the article to explain further that controlled test have not been performed and that I am relying on reliable but non controlled results from use.
I also should note that although I relied heavily on Kordon's own research (which has been generally sound as I noted earlier), I waited to post this until I got at least some reliable feedback from others I trust.
