As per the thread posted by DarkAngel, I finished my Angelfish Aids/Virus Article, as this disease is often very misunderstood, especially of late with the popularity of the Internet (not to mention outbreaks are not as common as they were 15 years ago. I know many well meaning persons mentioned parasites, such as Flukes and Tapeworms, but with all respect to these views, the symptoms are very classic of the Angelfish Virus and with the angelfish sitting on the bottom along with the time line, this rules out most other infections (including gill flukes which fits the symptoms but for the time line and the usual surface gasping of f a Flukes infection) Angelfish Aids/VirusCarl

Nice article Carl. I enjoyed reading it.
I love Angel fish and would love to get some in the future. Maybe when I live on my own and have the time and space for a large tank. Angelfish are so beautiful. It's a shame they can get this. Angelfish Aides reminds me a bit of Neon tetra disease as they a both are relatively incurable and pretty selection about the species of fish they infect. Not that the symtoms are the same though or that the pathogens that cause this are related.
