I currently have rummynose tetras and black neons (maybe a few normal neons too but not for long) and what i want to know is can i kkep those two schooling fish with the Angels permently and NOT get any casultys? I have noticed the odd fish go missing here and there with no body to be found but nothing like everyone says i should. Ive never lost a black neon only loads of normal neons (wont do that again) and a few rummynose (like 3 over a yr) So if these are not the best schooling fish to have with my Angels then what would be good. I love schooling fish and could not imagine having none. I really like my rummynose but they cost me $6 each or a may be able to get them at 10 for $30. A little expensive for a fish to be replaced regulary...
Tank size is 100 gals its 6 foot long 18 inch high and 18 inch wide. My biggest fish by far are my 7 Angels. I also have a Bristlnose catfish adult pair, 6 cory cats, 1 med clown loach, A black tail shark, 3 F swortails, 1 yellow lab and the 5 black neons and 7 rummynose tetras...oh and 4 khuli loaches somewhere, i only see them at night.

that tank is large enough for this....so, my thoughts would be, schooling fish often just die. the angels arent agile enough to be efficient hunters for these fish, but they CAN be extremely efficient scavengers. they can clean up a casualty in amazing time.
