i bought some fish vitamins, angel drops fast growth and angel drops vita...it didn't say how often i should apply it to the tank.so,when and how frequent should i apply them to my fish tanks? ;D

Your best results with freshwater fish and vitamins will be achieved by soaking fish foods in water and these vitamins prior to feeding for about 15 minutes. Freshwater fish due not drink the water around them (unlike most marine bony fish), so getting these vitamins internally into the fish via the surrounding water is difficult otherwise. Freshwater fish use osmoregulation to absorb the water and some minerals they need, so this is very important to their health. See this article for more: Aquarium Answers; Fish OsmoregulationCarl

thank you sir.. is it ok to mix both vitamins with the food at the same time?anyways,in the instruction it says that it would be better to use both.

Yes, the goal is to get the vitamins in the fish, adding vitamins to the water in freshwater aquariums generally results in vitamin enriched water, not much of the vitamins in the fish. Carl
