Good Morning guys! I am here...finally! LOL Carl I really like the new site. I am on another forum on this server and we have had no trouble out of it....good choice ;D Thanks Suzie-Q ;D There is still more to do, and thanks go to Clint (I cannot remember his new user name here) for helping with the forum. I made this background and used it for the home site as well. What I really think is unique is the Home page) which I suggest saving to favorites for the Home page, not the forum board) as updates will be added here. This home page has a format that allows blog style posts as well and links to Fish as Pets aquatic Blog as well. Everything Aquatic Home PageAlso I see Eve checked in, WELCOME and I hope this beats hitting the f5 key that MSN would not fix (keyword is would not as they could fix the problem if they wanted to) Carl

hey carl and suzie geez am i glad you decided to move no offense, but you know my view about the MSN board ;D i like it very much the background with the water waves is really nice a bit irritating, IMO (no offense please) is the very dark blue front on the index so let's see how that works out Eve

I agree with eve about the waves... and sorry about the dark blue... that was my bad... I tried to make it aquatic and didn't pay much attention after that... but it's an easy fix...
I'm a member on several proboards, and I've never seen a lick of trouble...

I'm a member on several proboards, and I've never seen a lick of trouble... We added some pastel colors, in part do to Eve's and others suggestion. So the reading is a little easier. HOWEVER, it was still very nicely set up by you; ctendoh, just needed some tweaking and a few more boards as well as the background. Your work getting this started is MUCH appreciated!! ;D Carl

Not a problem... I had a bad habit a while back of making these and then never using them again... I meant to I swear... but anyway, it served as some great practice so it only took a short while to bring up...
I was figuring for the Fish ID section, we could do categories for each type, like Livebearers, African Cichlids, etc. and then members could post a photo and basic info on the fish, and then other people could comment adding their own suggestions for care and such... just an idea. And then of course we could have a "Will you ID this fish for me?" forum as well.

This seems pretty cool. Not too shabby, and hopefully doesn't crash out on you like MSN did lol.
Question. Can we attach files in posts? I don't see an option for that

. And then of course we could have a "Will you ID this fish for me?" forum as well. Great idea. I can't tell you the number of times in YA this has been put out there with VERY poopty almost non existant details lol. My fish is like black and black fins and eats alot, what is it? (snicker chuckle grin) We should put up like on CF, a beginner intro like what's required before you post, ie: tank size, tank parameters (Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH, and GH) total population, equipment, and age of tank are just a few I could think off the top of my head as essential.

or make it so the poster has the option to keep the quick reply box or not. I personally use it all the time and prefer having mine up for easy replying:) Those with slower internets also might like that better
