I do have those pesky little snails that come on plants lol but I killed off most of them. The eggs are almost to big to come from those tho. I hope they are tetra eggs. I separated some from the tank that were stuck to a little UV light. So we will see what happens. Thanks Carl

This video shows black skirt tetras spawning. www.youtube.com/watch?v=69IBErG6SvYAbout 13:30 minutes into the video, he zooms in on the spawning mop and shows the eggs. They look really similar to what you've got. So I'd definitely say they're some kind of tetra eggs. Now, now way to tell if they're black skirt or neon until they hatch and the fry grow up a bit.

I read something and it said they would hatch in 24 hours and they havent hatched yet.. does this mean they wont and I should just let the other fish enjoy sushi? Lol

I'd say after 48 hours you can be pretty sure that they're not viable.
