I recommend AAP's Sanyu Betta Pellets. Fred II, my current Crown Tail Betta adoptee has moved from a cup to a 16 gallon biorb. He was quite small out of the gate and Sanyu Betta pellets from AAP were perfect for him, as the store bought pellets were too big for him to swallow whole without spitting out and giving it a second try.

Mike These are definitely an under-rated Betta Pellet that I have now used for about 15 years. These are so good that they brought the "wrath" of Hikari upon them and us for selling this product under a name that Hikari Trademarked AFTER this product came out Resource: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/SanyuGoldfishandKoiFood.htmlCarl

Do you find it better than the Paradigm for him? That's what I feed my Betta, Rafael.

I don't think any food can bet paradigm, based on ingredients alone.

Rafael loves the Paradigm. He gobbles it up like crazy. Is Paradigm omnivore enough protein for a Betta? That's what I feed my other fish, angels, pearl gourami's, SAE's, and corys, in my 55 gallon. My Betta is in the 10 gallon. Gentler current for him. The Paradigm carnivore would be a big bag to buy just for a Betta. Or maybe I could mix the two together for all fish?

The Paradigm Omnivore would be very good as its main ingredient is still shrimp (the same as Carnivore). The Paradigm Carnivore would be better, but for your situation, I think I would stay with what you are currently feeding Resource: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/ParadigmFoods.htmlCarl
