I've never bred angelfish, but I do own a couple of angels. What size tank do you have? In order to get a breeding pair, you'll likely need to buy about 6 fish to guarantee you have both genders, which means you'll need a decent sized tank, at least 55 gallons I'd think.
You don't want many other fish in tank, because the angels will become aggressive and will want to defend their eggs. Other fish may be injured or worse.
Once your fish start spawning, they should take care of the eggs and fry. It may take a few attempts for them do figure out what to do though. Feed them very small foods, like baby brine shrimp, etc.
Good water conditions are also crucial to get your fish in a breeding mood and for general good health. That's just a few things I've picked up in my readings. I know there are others on the forum who have bred them, so hopefully they'll come along and give you more pointers.

Welcome to Everything Aquatic!! I think babygeige already addressed the most important points, so until we hear back about any specifics, I cannot think of anything to add other than reading this article for our Fish Profiles Website: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/SACichlids.html]Angle Fish ProfilesCarl

They do however not pair up for life. The easiest way of obtaining a pair is to buy an already established pair from a breeder or a fish store. This is however quite expensive and forming your own pair is much cheaper. A recommended way of forming a pair is to buy 4-8 Scalare and place them in the same aquarium, where they can get to know each other and form their own pairs. Choose fish with good external features, that looks strong and that display a healthy appetite.

I had my angels for about a year and a half and they seemed like they hated each other. To be honest I didn't know if they were male or female. I read some where that one may have a bump on the head which my yellow one did and the black one did not, but anyway after that long time together the yellow one (sunshine) finally laid eggs about a week ago. unfortunately. the eggs didn't last through the night . one of the other fish ate them and ate them all! so I would definitely keep them away from other fish!
