Hi there, I have a theory that they are all dead. We tried catching them with cut up bluegill, catfish biscuits, and worms and never got a bite! Please give me tips on trying to catch these little naughty once.

What kind of catfish are they? Channel catfish are generally the most common "farm pond" fish and they bite best on big balls of nightcrawlers in my experience.
If they are flathead or blue catfish, those are better-suited for moving water and are likely dead. Flatheads should bite on cut bluegill but live bluegill, hooked through the back, usually work better.

do you have the ability to drain the tank? on the fish farm we would drain 2/3 of the water out and use nets to catch the fish...
