Tank Size: Age of the tank: pH: Ammonia: NitrAtes: nitrites: GH/KH: Temperature: Fish: Symptoms: my texas' fin edges and mouth is darkened or black.is this a disease or just some behavioral coloration?

This can be simply coloration (often based on mood). some bacteria (such as Columnaris) can cause this type of coloration change, however I would be slow to jump to this conclusion until you can observe other symptoms. If you can track water parameters, this would be very helpful in diagnosing many problems (even mood based on stress due to water conditions). Carl
