Good deal Carl. Will probably take me a week or so with tinkering around with this to get the hang. You see that Albino Channel cat? What can I say, he's a monster and greedy pig lol. You know the Jardini has had enough of getting bullied, and he keeps even the Male Venustus all tied up and hiding on the left side of that tank, despite being quite a bit outweighed.
ALSO, I put my order in for six small spot Paratilapia Polleni and should be here by the weekend!!! These are supposed to be the more rare of the two. They actually have a decent appeal to them in terms of looks. Hopefully, if the seller on eBay still has them, I'll be adding the Paratrolopeus Menarambo after. I feel so good going to keep these more rare Madagascar types.

That would be in between the two "img" "/img" script thingys? that's another thing you can do yes but when you go on photobucket, you have 4 codes to choose from just use the one that says "IMG CODE" Eve

That seems to be working like you said Eve, it's just alot of stuff at you at once lol. Ok so I tried to get some stills to give new or first time Mouth Brooder keepers an idea of the joys of what you see when a female has a brood. I'll try to link a video in too, because as you know, fish just don't hold still and pose lol. Protomelas Steveni Albino (Taiwan Reef) (side note here. This female is also a spawn of mine, meaning, she was spawned in my own tanks, raised and is now an adult and spawned herself. What I tend to call, second generation fish are the fry. I don't know her F status as I didn't know her parents) Now here is the father of that brood. Some shots from inside the 100 gallon, pardon the brown algae on the decor. Can't seem to beat this stuff out of there. Video clips from inside the 100 so you can get a better picture of the whole of the tank s200.photobucket.com/albums/aa25/knottypeater/?action=view¤t=083008_2140a.flvs200.photobucket.com/albums/aa25/knottypeater/?action=view¤t=083008_2141a.flvWill do a seperate response with stuff from the 180

told ya it will work anyway, another tip when uploading pics to photobucket do it right away in the 480X600 i believe it is, that saves you time on resizing, and fits perfectly size wise, and you don't have to scroll to the right when you post a pic because it's kinda big

Can't really find or get any decent stills in the 180. If you consider the aggression factor of that tank, with a male Johanni, male Auratus, male Flavus, male Nimbochromis Venustus, and the Jardini, fish don't sit still very long or often except for the Clown Loaches lol Most of these are videos but will put stills where I can find. Last weeks large cave formation. I put all rocks and some slate into one larger cave type. It wasn't bad looking but I changed it up again this week. My little Hop Lo cat wanted to pose nice for me. Best I think you'll ever get of a "still" with the Jardin in it. He will NOT sit still, always on the move. I start to enjoy how this fish in particular doesn't act like it's related Arowana cousins and has no qualms about being lower in the tank levels. He is a murder suspect of some 30 Nimbochromis Venustus fry lol. Remember, Don't Talk To The Police!!! See that thread! Said beforehand Loaches hanging out with my Orange/Blueberry Malawi Peacock sitting in. Mom of the Yellow Lab fry shown in previous reply Another still of the Jardini As we had in the MSN site, and we'll rebuild here too, I'd just like for now to use this thread to show a Female and Male Nimbochromis Venustus. Please note the distinct Yellow look a male shows, and that is your key to sexing this species. Male: Female:

Yeah,
Usually the import tool that takes the pics from the cam to the computer will resize there, and some of the bigger shots, I just forgot to resize before loading up to photobucket.

Now here is a still, of a female Mbuna, that bred with that big blue striped Zebra. So I know that her fry are all hybrids, but I still haven't been able to figure out exactly what she is.

Actually Brenda, most of these are just older stuff except the first few at the top. I was thinking I'd just post the older ones to show the different ones I've kept over time and the layouts. I placed my order for six Paratilapia Polleni today, 1 inch juveniles, and almost ALL mbuna will be moved over to the 100 gallon soon if not sold.

Thanks Eve like I was saying though, almost all of these are older. I figure they might come in useful later and to have them on here if photobucket ever crashes. I'm making that jump into Madagascars Ben mentioned and finding this rather challenging to find stock actually. I'm just going to go with the Polleni for now and then go after Menarambo's later.
