I am so excited, my female Rubescen releases some babies. ;D Now what? I have no clue what if anything I need to do. Is she still holding some or do they release all at once? I so far have only found 3 or 4 but they are so small. I am so excited.... ;D Do I just feed groung up flake food or what? Sorry, guys but this is my first batch EVER and yes, I am so excited. ;D

Brenda,
No need to remove mom, she will not touch them in terms of eating them. Do NOT be alarmed if you see her suck them back into her mouth. It's normal and she should do so for at least 3-4 more days. It's actually when you see mom get tired of letting them back in, her way of saying ok you are on your own now, they will crowd around her face trying to get back in her mouth, but she will avoid them, in about 3-4 days.
For now, offer a very small amount of VERY finely crushed up flakes. Just enough so there's something there for them. Tomorrow, I'd go to your LFS and look for Infusoria or even better, decapsulated or cyclops shrimp. It will look like a fine orange powder. That's what I use and works well.
I would not be surprised if the next day or 2, you see even more. It's very likely not all the fry are ready to venture out yet. Keep watching. Nothing at this point do you need to do really. Pics of these might be a little hard to get due to size. Eventually too, you'll need to mix in fine flakes with some larger ones for mom. Let mom stay there with them for about 2 weeks so the male don't go after her too soon. It's not going to hurt anything.

Congrats Brenda, having fish spawn for you is such an exciting thing. If you can, try and get some pictures of the fry and parents so we all can see. Good luck.

The mom will not eat them, but the dad will and any other fish in the same tank will make snacks of them. Are the sunshines in there with the rubescens? John

JohnThe only fish that have ever been with the baby was his mom (who has been back in the big tank for a couple weeks)and currently the female holding Sunshine. Will my female Sunshine eat this little guy when she releases hers or will she be fine with my 1 little guy and her babies?
