Here is the pic: From what I can see this still does not have the look of Columnaris What have you used in the fish baths, such as Methylene Blue, Potassium Permanganate, AAP Bettmax? Have you swabbed the Cory in Wound Control? If the Myacin fails, maybe a double dose of Spectrogram WITH a Medicated Wonder Shell Carl

Fish baths have been MB, salt, & swabbing with Wound Control. While I had "in tank" treatment of Spectrogram, I was also adding it to the baths. I was out of PP, my new bottle should be arriving today. I can switch to that for baths, instead of the MB. I have not used the PP for baths before. I know you can not put other meds in with it. Does that include swabbing with the Wound Control? I thought Betamax was specifically for Betta's, but if you think I should try that also, I will. You can see comparing the two pictures where his mouth is receding. In that second pic I had squirted the Res-Q directly on his head before his bath. The MB really stuck to him and turned him dark blue.

Spectrogram at double dose is important i believe. Carl has some experience with this.
I believe PP has to be deleted to 50% water and use nothing else.

Thanks for all your time and help guys, but he passed yesterday. He really went downhill this past weekend. I tried my best and gave it my all. Next time I will try the double dose of the spectrogram right off the bat, even if it starts off very mild and slow as this one did.

Next time I will try the double dose of the spectrogram right off the bat, even if it starts off very mild and slow as this one did. I am sorry to read this. I am also sorry I have not been as on top of this thread as I should have been (a lot going on personally/professionally that has me going in many directions). I honestly think you did very well, maybe a double dose of Spectrogram might have made a difference, but maybe not too. One reason for this statement is this still did not fit classic symptoms for Columnaris, nor did it seem to even respond to anything.
