Hey all, long time no talk! I don't keep any aquariums anymore so I haven't been around but my youngest daughter is getting into it more now.
She has a planted tank, black sand bottom with an amazon sword and one anubias nana. She has two female and one male molly.
She has now acquired an axolotl and it likes to hide in the plants at the bottom, leaving nowhere for the fish to hide. In addition, it will eat the babies so if they have any hope to survive, we need some kind of floating cover or a floating plant with root structures that would hang down into the water.
Any ideas?

These are all good: 1. Duckweed 2. Amazon frogbit 3. Water lettuce 4. Water Spangles 5. Normal Salvinia 6. Hornwort 7. Java Moss 8. Riccia Fluitans 9. Azolla 10. Floating Bladderwort

She's wanting to try hornwort. The mollies pretty much ate her duckweed she got.
