Well you all heard about our "flood" sigh that we had. So I sold off about 21 bags of fish, all my breeding angel pairs but one set and most of my babies. Sold all the random fish that I had and stuff. Emptied out all the tanks upstairs so there is now nothing over 10g upstairs. wow big difference!
So upstairs I now have a 10g with a trip of purple moscow guppies (juvie, so no babies for a bit), and 2 10gs that are for breeding my bettas. One has a pair in it currently, but the boy's not making his next as of yet...he's the best one I have currently a piebald white and greenish black hm plakat paired with a white hm female. Then I've still got some of my now adult bettas that'll be sold once the weather's a bit warmer. That's it upstairs!!! OY!
Then downstairs I have a 30g with my blue/green moscow guppies (tons of fry right now). a 20 with a pair of platimum/yello guppies (she's way prego so expecting more anyday) and a 20 with my son's Limia's. Then in the kitchen a 5 with William's habrosus (who are laying eggs all the time and a few fry as well) and a 10g with a cuban livebearing fish that were given to my other son, already had babies.
Then my pride now is a 75g with the one breeding pair of angels I kept (the black super veils), the one that won the award at the aca show, a pair of sunset juvie angels, a pair of silver laced veil angels and my wild pervuvian. Then my dragon goby who's now about 12 inches long is in there and I got him a 6inch buddy, so I'm not sure is going to make it yet or not (they are hard to get to eat!!!) my 2 african ropes who are both just over a foot long and a bunch of mollies. But today I couldn't help it and bought 2 dinosaur eels (gray bichirs) and a clown knife juvie. I know the clown knife will get too big for my tank soon, but I know people with huge tanks that'll take him once he's bigger, so it's way fun and I've always wanted one.
Then I still have my deck pond. I've put in a heater and 5 comet goldfish that are doing great. course we've not gotten to below freezing yet, only just to the low 30s, so I'm hopeing that the heater will keep it just warm enough for them. if it gets too cold and they don't look like their doing well I'll set up a tank in the garage for them. anyway, just had to tell, we downgraded big time, but I'm loving the big tank now so I'm happy.
