In the 5 days I move the Seneye sensor to the Guppy Tank the pH has read the same pH of 8.04and my Hanna meter read 8.1 on average. The planted tank has gone wild showing pH has increased t0 7.48 when the Hanna meter read's 6.5 and after a 50% H2O the Seneye dropped to 7.14 as the Hanna meter still read 6.5
I am now going to raise the KH in the planted tank till the Seneye becomes stable.

The Seneye in the 37 spawn tank showed the ammonia levels shot up to .5 This did this a few days back and I did a 50% H2O change. I had just done a 50% H2O change a few hours before when this happened last night. I did a Ammonia test with my Seachem test kit and it showed a .02 I retested and again a .02 This morning the Seneye is telling me the Slide needs to be changed. I just changed it a week ago

BTW, thanks again to take the time to document and test this product, as admittedly I am a place lately where I cannot test nor do I get as much feedback from from aquarium keeping professionals (such as the person who runs my old maintenance business) for products such as this. This allows me to keep up with what works well and does not, as well as possible flaws with products that might still be otherwise viable. Carl

Carl The Slide is a plastic chip that expires every 30 days so you have to pre soak it for two days before the present slide expires. This cost is 10.00 a month per devise. This would be money well spent if it was accurate in Low KH environments. The Seneye in the guppy tank works very well at a KH of 250.6 ppm (14 dkh) I am raising my KH in the planted tank to see when it becomes stable to read a accurate pH. The devise will not read a pH lower than 6.4 Richard

man, I just don't know if these meters make things easier or harder :/ With high KH it is worth the money. I learned to never use just one meter because if it goes bad then you won't know. Using two ways to measure pH is a safer way when you have a lot of money in your fish. Richard
