SINCE THIS IS A PUBLIC POST... - Purchased a DUO AQUARIA 600 GROBEAM 600
- BOX WENT TO RECYCLE + units are now mounted into 2- part Red Sea hood assy.
- Went to register said item with TMC.co.UK only to realize I need the 'Batch' # on box; Serial # on underside of LED lights.
- Since they are mounted and cannot be easily un-mounted w/o disassembling 2 piece hood, cannot get the unit Serial #'s. Add to this that the Batch # - apparently - is crucial to complete the registration and it is obvious I cannot perform all of the steps required to allow system to register my purchase.
- Tried to "Contact Us" @ the TMC link, but only received back a Http 404 error coded - address not accessible / does not exist.
- Since you sold said items to me + the TMC Standard Controller - it there a way - outside of the Public Forum - whereby I can get the Sales Receipt info to you and you can provide the requisite data TMC requires - so I can register product?
- One wonders why they do not provide a slip with product boxing which would make for a much easier resource for gaining said data to register product...?
- They do throw-in a pamphlet - one would think that a label adhered into the pamphlet front or inside cover would be immensely helpful to having said basic registration data information easily available.
