I have gotten back into the hobby over the last few months and I have made a few mistakes gratefully it has not been at the expense of the fish's lives. But I have had a few missed steps along the way. It all started back up with a beta that I purchased for the wife a few yrs back for Valentines day and then about 6 months ago well that is when I went into it full on. We now have 2-55gal,2-40gal, 1-20 gal and 6 Beta tanks. I also hope to make the mods to the house (raised foundation construction) floor joist support etc that will allow a 150 gal tank. I found this forum from doing Business with American Aquarium Products, and as a guest noticed a lot of forum users with many yr in the hobby I look forward to your wisdom as a resource since I have been thrashing around on my own and that can be tough. So hello to you all and Thank you for Having me. Mike

Thank you both for the greeting devonjohnsgard I see that you are fairly new here also look forward to getting to know you a little better. Not so many tanks, 30 some yrs ago I had only 2 tanks that were much larger and salt. Now I am enjoying fresh water, cichlids, tetras and a few barbs. As I learn I find more that interest me so it is like potato chips I guess that I could have just one but that would be very hard indeed. Again thank you for the welcome! Mike
