I did a water change in the 14G today after we lost a White Cloud. We have 2 baby Guppies about 2 weeks old and one that is about twice their size that we acquired "accidentally" when we got the 2 male Endlers. I accidentally sucked up one of the smaller babies, so after I was done, I scanned the tank thoroughly to make sure everybody was still there. About halfway through my scan, I noticed a small red spot in amongst a thicket of Java Fern. Upon closer inspection, I found this: I apologize for the picture quality but it was extremely hard to get anything even remotely resembling a decent shot. He's only 1/4 the size of the adult females in the tank and 1/3 the size of the one that I suspect is a male!

Congrats Parker! Sorry to hear about the white cloud dying. The shrimp is actually quite cute IMO. Renee

We're now up to SEVEN baby guppies too. We accidentally got one with the females we bought - by its size, I'd estimate it's 6-8 weeks old.
Last weekend, we found 2 newborns and they're growing fast.
Yesterday, we found 4 more newborns, probably born yesterday morning!

Managed to snap a pic of the small shrimp again today. I was able to observe it eating and moving around for over 10 minutes - it's about half the size of the smallest adults. I'm 100% certain it is NOT one of the shrimp we purchased and added to the tank. It's definitely a "baby".

Haha, cute! It's a girl! Looks pretty red, it's been in there a while. Where's there's one, there's bound to be others around.

It's like Christmas Tree or Taiwan moss. Much darker green and much thicker than regular Java moss.

I thought it was Christmas Moss. Not Taiwan though....I have LOADS of that stuff. I have sprigs of Christmas in with some java that I was given...I need to pull a strand and grow it out by its self...lol

Yeah, the individual fronds look like little Christmas trees.
