I really love your pictures of these catfish. I had not seen the yellow species so I dug around the web and found this www.pbase.com/pschia/image/14720163 The species is Synodontis multipunctatus. Really gorgeous! I'm keeping an eye out for this species at the LFS, I want some!

I agree with Parker...they are solitary. I have 2 in the 55g still (I know I said they would go home...im lazy ) and they stay to themselves. The single at home perches upside down on the (not in use) undergravel filter stem (thingy). Lori

Kagome, I absolutely LOVE the picture you found of the catfish! It has markings very similar to that of a cheetah! The upside-down catfish are beautiful fish. I would probably get one if I had the time (which I am short on sometimes) and a tank large enough. lol
