That is great news Parker! I'm glad that your fish are doing better. I would agree that the medicated wondershell is all you need for the ich at this point. For the Saprolegnia or Columnaris, even small non raised patches (unless it is a marking on the fish and not the remains of the disease) can sometimes look sort of like a white streak/scar yet still be the remains of the disease. I think that medicated wondershells should be effective for getting rid of any remanents of the Coulmnaris or Saprolegnia if you stop with the Melafiix and Pimafix combo at this point. These are of course only suggestions/highly educated guesses for treatment. You are in a better position to judge what to treat with because you know these fish and can see how they are doing in person. How many of the medicated Wonder Shells do I need for a 55G tank, full course of treatment?

One 'Large' is enough for a follow up treatment (as you are using for if I am correct). Two might be needed for a full treatment or extra for reserve.

Yes, I will be dropping in the medicated Wonder Shell after ending the Pima/Melafix treatment. I am going to continue the Kordon HIA for a few more days...
Is there anything I need to be aware of in terms of toxicity to my sensitive fish (otos, corydoras) or my plants?

Not really, other than the basics that you already know such as monitoring water parameters and to watch for any adverse reactions with fish.
Just as in persons, where a medication/treatment may be fine with 99%, sometimes a fish may react adversely. Clown loaches are certainly very sensitive fish, but nothing you are using is abnormally harsh on these fish.

Yesterday was last dose of Mela/Pima combo. Did a 25% water change this morning and then dosed with Kordon herbal Ich Attack.
Should I continue to do the HIA after I add the Wonder Shell or should I halt it at that point? At what point can I re-add carbon to my filter? After the Wonder Shell is completely dissolved?

I would discontinue the Herbal Ich Attack once you start with the Medicated Wonders Shells. Carbon can be used with Medicated Wonder Shells, but it will lessen their effectiveness, son other than with a preventative treatment, I would forgo the carbon until the Wonder Shell is 3/4 dissolved. Sometimes with Carbon I will add it to a filter for about 2 hours prior to a new treatment or between treatment (about the same time I would perform a water change. Thanks. Hopefully the holiday doesn't screw things up too much and I get my shells middle of next week.

I got my stuff yesterday and I am glad I ordered the replacement UV bulbs.
I had just enough HIA to do a full dose yesterday morning (funny how that works out, I had the EXACT amount of Pima/Mela to do 8 days of treatment too).
This morning I did a 20% water change to prep for adding the medicated Wonder Shell. I decided to go ahead and change the bulb in my UV so I disconnected everything.
My canister was FULL of algae - it had never been THAT dirty before.
So I cracked open the UV and sure enough, the old bulb had a bad filament.
So my fish got sick, I'm guessing, shortly after my UV stopped working.
I'm back up and running now and added 1 of the large Wonder Shells. Thanks for your help!
