That's a Raft Spider- they generally prefer aquatic-related environments. This is probably why you found it in your restroom.

Thanks EX for the identification! I couldn't find any pictures that looked like it online of common spiders when I first tried to look it up, but you are definitely correct. A search of the name "Raft spider" gave me pictures that looked exactly like this spider.
After I did a more thorough search, I found that they are a type large type of fishing spider in North America and there is a threatened species of raft spider in the UK and Europe. This finding also makes sense since my house is next to a wetland.
