Click reply on the previous poster's message and you should be able to post an emoticon. For the image, you click on the photoshop or flickster icon (not available with quick reply) and then you can post a link of pics from your photoshop or flickster account. (I think) For posting an image directly, try putting in <IMG></IMG> (I think). Of course, you may also have to type the rest of a basic HTML document (simplest form there is) for that to work. I'm pretty sure that's how you do it but I'm sure Carl or Clint could answer it better.

Sorry, that might have been mean of me. I meant to be silly but that may have been teasing. Sorry, I didn't notice before I posted it...
Update: I deleted the post just in case.

There was a thread in the updates and information board about this that has a help link posted as a tutorial, which is a simple and good read: Everything Aquatic; PicturesThe html codes will NOT work on this board (<img> etc.) like on the MSN boards which are set up more like a web site. This board is set up as the more common BB board and uses BBcodes (which are actually simpler, you just cannot do as much) The home page is a a true web site that uses full html. Back to this board; you must host a picture (as noted in other threads in we are asking that persons simply get a photobucket account or similar (I host my own), and then simply place the link using the codes provided in the add tags section above every reply, this includes smiles which only need to be clicked on to work (you will only see their code until you preview or post) The tutorial link above also helps explain this. For instance (I am leaving space in the code so that it will not work, so do not paste): Here is a picture code: [ img ] your-picture.jpg [ /img ] Hope this helps some Carl

If you do not care for photobucket, there is also Flicker, although both are actually far better than MSN as they allow much more pictures and you can resize amd they automatically provide the codes for BB forums such as this so all you have to do is simply paste, this is why this forum format is so popular as there are so may using it which makes for more tools. Personally I admit I still prefer html and website formats, which is why I host my own pictures (but this take more time as everything is doen from scratch) Carl

Once you host the pictures at photobucket they give you the code, otherwise I hosted a couple of your pics myself: Again place between the tags [ img ] [ /img ] Carl

I think people should use the photobucket because all your pics or videos have multiple formats. It seems photobucket is VERY internet friendly and realizes people love to post. The image code is literally just that simple as I found yesterday. Just write blurb.
"This is my Emperor Cichlid"
and in here, when you are on photobucket, you just click in the section listed as img code, and it should auto copy for you. Come back to this window, and just paste in.
Enter
"This is John saying DOH!"
Image code paste Enter "Getting the idea now?"
Image code pasted Enter
That's about as easy as I think I can put it lol. That is by far ten times easier then the other forum trying to type out all that code.
