Thanks Carl! The 2 I have left are hanging in there. (At least I think so, I haven't checked on the one in the 50 gal...)
This one in the 5 gal is kind of odd. Sometimes he swims around at an angle. I can't tell if he's doing it on purpose, or if he's having an issue. He doesn't do it all the time. I'm going to leave him there until next weekend (a week from Friday). He will have been in there for 4 weeks, so I think if he's still alive by then, he should be ok, right?

Tomorrow is moving day for the remaining koi angel that I bought a few weeks ago. He's been in there long enough I think. He doesn't seem sick, so I'm going to put him in the 50 tomorrow evening and cross my fingers! I think he's going stir crazy in that little tank.

Can you shoot a video of the Angle that swims at an angle? Otherwise I would consider anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks a safe quarantine time for your angels. If you have a medicated wonder shell available, this might be helpful to add once transfered (also consider a UV Sterilizer for the future) Good luck Stephanie Carl

I just added a little video of the in a thread in the tank video subforum. The koi angel is in the video, but he's swimming normally. I actually haven't seen him swim oddly in a long while, so maybe it just a little spell. Or maybe he was doing it on purpose. I've seen my big angel do that sometimes if he's chasing another fish, so maybe the little guy was practicing that. Who knows? If I see him do it again though, I'll try to get a video.
