i have observed something in my male flowerhorn's nuchal hump.whenever i separate him from his female pair(by a screen divider),his hump grows bigger, but whenever i take out the divider, and when they spawn, that hump will reduce in size.i'm just wondering if this happen also with "natural" male cichlids with nuchal humps?

Yes, the nuchal hump increases in size when ready to breed. See this article about Midas Cichlids (considered a parent species for both the Blood Parrot hybrid and the Flowerhorn hybrid): Midas CichlidCarl

I have not tested any of the foods that claim to increase the "hump" size in cichlids such as the Flower Horn, however I know many friends in the Chinese community of So. CA that swear by these products (but this is anecdotal evidence at best). However I have tested products that make this claim in Lionhead Goldfish & Orandas, and they do make a difference, so maybe this can be extrapolated over to cichlids. One of these ingredients is the amino acid: DL-methionine. DL-methionine is an essential amino acid for producing the “Lionhead” feature in goldfish. High levels of methionine can be found Whole Fish Meal as well as in the vegetable proteins of spinach, green peas, garlic. See: Fish NutritionCarl

all i can read is "special hump enhancer" ingredient on the hump enhancers foods.nothing specific. I would be careful of any fish food or medication that makes this type of claim without explaining mode of enhancement, cure, etc via added ingredients. Carl
