I have access to a bunch of 1/4" thick tempered glass 6' long and 16" wide - will this work for an aquarium?

I have heard it is very hard to make a tank from skratch and it requires at least 2 people, 1 to hold the glass together and one to put the pieces together. Correct me if I'm wrong. I wish you luck with building the tank. Hope it works out!

I have also built tanks out of wood with fiberglass tape and resin (most of the Bahooka Restaurant tanks that i maintained for years were built this way, although I only built a few there). Carl

Thanks for correcting me. I guess I was wrong then. I heard that a long time ago somewhere and thought it applied to all tanks. My mistake.
