Another shippment from my marine guys in LA. Got two small true perculas which will probably be used in my 29 gallon that i am redoing. Also i got two large bubble tip anemones. My true percula female which i had for awhile went straight into the anemone after it inflated. So that is good. The tank raised ocellaris male wont even go near it.
im actually worried about them, i know she wont let me put another true percula in the tank, but i really dont hear alot of stories about true perculas and ocellaris spawning. Though i did hear they do produce a very nice coloration clownfish.

i have a history with bluezooaquatics so i just continue to help them with suggestions and i do purchase from them. better than L***A****** IMO.
Everything comes well packed and generally good quality. The order before this one didnt come in that well. but they are good with credit and this time they listened and added a heat pack.
Cant beat 29 dollars for a BTA and a true percula combo.
So i like ordering wild caught true perculas from soloman island, i love the black coloration and the shape of the fish. i know the whole issue with taken from the wilds, but i really dont see tank raised true perculas that look very well. i have one and it looks horrible. So hopefully maybe a year or two after i add them to the 29 they will breed so i can produce a line of F1 true perculas from soloman island.
i will try and get some pics soon.

I agree, the true perculas from the soloman islands are very beautiful. As well the soloman islands are often a good source for healthy fish. Carl

thanks.
a quick update, they are doing amazing. The clownfish paired up nicely and for wild caughts they have no.... absoulte zero % fear of humans. i put my hand in to move things and they come to my hand to hold. Truely nice.
when i get my 29 down from NY im going to reset it up with these two clowns in there with an anemone and move my ocellaris out who is in there now.
These are truely lovely fish. couldnt be happier.

Great to read this!
It is neat to read someone find satisfaction in the fish/aquarium.
