Wow! I love your pictures! Especially how beautiful those horses are! It takes talent to jump and it looks like you've got it!

Thank you Renee...Not to toot my own horn but I was very good at it. It is just such an expensive sport and my parents never had the money nor I to get me where I could've been...that's ok though. I miss it...it was my life for 25 yrs. I have now turned that passion to fish since I can afford them.

I miss it...it was my life for 25 yrs. I have now turned that passion to fish since I can afford them. These are great pictures Brenda! ;D Thanks for sharing! I can also relate, although not with horses. I spent $35,000 of my $ (parents could not help), in flight school, I got all the way to my Multi Engine License only to have to drop out to take of my family and also for financial reasons (kind of inter-related). I too could have gone far as per many instructors/FAA examiners opinions, not necessarily because of great pilot skill but due to really good cockpit management. I too miss this. Sorry to add my story to your your post, just made me think of this. I hope that you will soon be able to get back into this, not that fish are not a lot of fun, but I am sure there are differences Carl

Carl, it's ok to add to my posts because they are inter-related.
My 4 year old girl loves horses and I would love nothing more to give her one....I keep telling her when we win the lottery we can both have one. I hope to someday be able to do this again but if not I guess fish can fill that passion. It isn't the same but I still enjoy it. I need more challenges and to be more involved that is why I thought I'd try some breeding.

I actually thought about getting one one today but I had a bust day doing woodcutting solo.....takes too much effort to try and break one you know wants to go but you don't have the time - 8 id way too many - just feeding and watering and clean up takes away from training and brushing let alone riding....and if someone gets hurt, we lose the farm due to income loss - still love em' though......just would love to get down to 4

I don't have any horses, but I love them! Great pics and a worthy ambition!
