I updated my Aquarium Answers post originally titled "Do Fish Drink? Fish Osmoregulation"
I had been working on this update (so much to do, so little time) and the question by Jon V about Malawi bloat spurred me to finish this as this is an IMPORTANT part of one of the common causes based on my experience and much research as well.
I added much more about the process itself in both marine and freshwater fish.
