So I went out of town over the weekend and when I got back I noticed my male JD is jet black and barely moving. He hasn't been eating and hanging out mainly around the top of the tank. His stomach is also a bit swollen (not huge but bigger) I did a 25% change and hit the tank with general cure in case it's a parasite.
I'm at a loss. I've got a ton of time and money in this guy, would hate to loose him early. Guy gets tons of complement too.
Any suggestions on what to do? Or is he dead?

Have you checked all parameters?

PH 7 NO3 40-80 NO2 0 GH 180 maybe more KH 80ish
Would NO3 be part of seachem prime?
Ammonia is 0
So I did a 25% change, but the tank with the second treatment of general cure, added super sick cure and fin and body cure.
I would buy that stuff you suggested, but I don't want to wait for it to ship.
I'm wondering if he swallowed a rock, but the thing is, neither of my other fish have been really active either. If nothing else I guess I'll get a 55 gallon saltwater tank

Parameters look good.
Prime does detox N03, but it will read on a test.
How about water movement or temp? I'm reaching, cause I'm not sure.

Doxycycline (API Fin & Body Cure) should not be mixed with Malachite Green which is active in most Ich medications. I understand about not wanting to wait to ship, but frankly you might just be better off with frequent water changes than this cocktail Please Read: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/Aquarium_Disease.htmlCarl
