Hello,
Is it right to use Aquabeam 600 Marine White for a tank with corals. Mainly soft corals, for beginner, like leather, finger corals. Seems like the Reef White is the main tile to use for reef?
Tank is small, 24" X 14" x 16" (high), corals will be 15-16" from the lights at worst, and most will be much closer than that.
Thank you, Michel.

The Marine White is actually perfect for this depth a it is a 14000k light which works great in tanks within the 12-20" depth range Further Reading: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/Aquarium_Lighting.htmlCarl

Thank you Carl,
I think i will like the white with some bluish look, and also the fact that i could use them over a freshwater planted along with Grobeams. I have another tank which is freshwater, (with Grobeams 600) that gives me some polyvalence.

Hello, here is an update on my saltwater experience. I did purchase a 45G tank in october 2017. Runned it with 2 Aquabeam 600 Marine White for about one year. It is a mixed reef tank. In September 2018, i added an Aquabeam 600 Reef White, to have more light and add a little more blue in the equation. I like it. www.aquaticlog.com/aquariums/micheljq/3So i enjoy reefs. My next step in many years if i can and have the place would be to run a 4' X 2' X 18"high tank. I would add at least one Aquabeam 1500 NP to what i have already. Michel.

Nice color for coral, but nice white, so you can see the coral. This is how I run my reef. Then have a blue cycle later in the evening.
