Im tarting up a 180 for the comunity. I got it going with the cannisters keeping the 64 puffs i got in there alive while i build the sump. GET THS! Its an actual MARINELAND MARS from an actual WALMART Dont ask me where I got it. But its here and pretty soon I'm gonna be running my own experments on how well they run. So im asking you what brand of live nitrate starter do you guys think is the best.

I agree with Devon. If you have a seasoned filter or season filter media, transfer of this is even more efficient. On a side note; I believe you live in the Bay Area of California; I would be careful with cinder blocks to place the aquarium on. Even a moderate earthquake can cause these to shift enough to drop the aquarium (I have witnessed this first hand in So. CA.). You might consider a stand with diagonal braces. Carl
