What should I do with the eggs? Part of me wants to see if they hatch and whats them, but I have no idea what to do with that many fish. Will my raphael catfish eat the eggs, will the JDs eat the smaller ones after a certain time, or should/could I takeout what the eggs are on and wash it off?

There is no one correct answer here.
I can say that sometimes parents will eat the eggs. As well when stressed by other fish in the tank they are even more inclined to eat the eggs.
Many breeder will take out the object with the eggs and move to a hatching/fry rearing tank. Since I nothing more than an amateur breeder, I preferred to leave the parents with the eggs and removal as many distractions as possible (ie, other fish)

So I removed the eggs and scrapped them off. But now the male is chasing the female pretty much nonstop when she comes out from hiding. Should I be concerned? Is he ready to spawn and she isn't now, or what might be the case?

Well it looks like they are getting together to spawn again, tearing out plants, digging pits etc. My question now is, is it ok to clean the tank when/after they lay eggs and/or when they have fry? and how should I do it if so? just suck water off the surface/leave the gravel alone?
Also, how long can Larry(Raphael Cat) go without food? "He" ate pretty good for the 2 weeks but they chased him off so he's pretty much stuck hiding in an ornament.
I've looked online but can't find any info.
Thank you for the help/info.

I'd think like 4 or 5 days, but would want to get food to him as soon as you can.

So the JDs seem to spawn the same as last time, but now she is relentlessly attacking the male and he acts like he wants out of the tank. Did he not fertilize this time and she's chasing him off hoping another one comes along, or what? I noticed his thing is still sticking out, but hers isn't.

This is not a sure sign of whether the male fertilized or not Can you look at the eggs with a magnifying glass to see if the eggs look fertilized? Carl

I couldn't see the eggs that well, but they did eventually "make up". They also decided to start attacking my catfish, so I took the stump out and washed off the eggs.
My next question is, who makes a good divider? I noticed top fin makes one, is it with using?
Thank you for the help.

I often made my own tank dividers, but I have not used the Top Fin.
My thought is if it fits what you need, I would go for it!
