Interesting study, but not a surprise at all

I had a client with a marine aquarium in the office that I set up in 1979. The tank had an Orbic Batfish that over the next decade would go to a certain point in the tank to wait for food depending upon which office employee entered to feed the fish. Clearly this fish recognized the face of different staff members
