Has anyone had any success with painting white PVC pipe? I've used a fish safe epoxy (http://pentairaes.com/epoxy-paint-kits.html) along with Zoopoxy on various projects in the past but the epoxy paint is very expensive and I really don't need that much. I was curious if there were other options out there given I haven't researched the topic in years. Many have argued that Krylon Fusion is safe but the company last time I checked had stated that they don't recommend it below the water line. I see people writing that they've used it with no problem, but on the same note, I microwaved food in plastic for years with no problem, but that doesn't mean I won't have an issue down the road.. Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers... Mike

All i have used is epoxy paints too.
I had the exact same question many years ago and an old timer in the hobby/industry at that time told me to use epoxy paints and I never argued or tried anything else . Of course this is not to say there are not alternatives, I just never explored them.

I'll dig into it a bit further. Some of the discussions I've been reading online are laborious to say the least...
