Im looking for a high quality air pump that will push air up 4 feet and then down 20 ins into a tank to run a fine air stone. any suggestions? The Fusion 700s are an excellent well-made pump that we have in stock, which will easily pump 20-24 inches of water. I would also suggest with any air pump to find a place above the water level (even if in another room), as this extends their life & effectiveness. This also prevents back flow. Resource: www.americanaquariumproducts.com/FusionPumps.html#700Another suggestion would be the Coralife High Pressure Luft Air Pump SL38 From the listing: The Coralife Luft Pump produces a high-pressure output of over 7 psi perfect for protein skimmers, ozone/oxygen reactors and other high-pressure/high-flow devices. Also suitable for limewood and other airstones, foam filters, corner filters, under-gravel filters, and air-driven ornaments, especially in deep-water applications. " We currently do not sell this pump (low demand), but we can certainly get it for you at $89.99 Carl

I'd say the Fusion is more than enough... and quietest IMO
