Reasons not to shop at these stores:
1. No real aquatic customer service
2. Sometimes cheapens items for better pricing
(ie. RO systems & UV sterilizers)
3. Advertises free shipping
(no such thing as free, often hidden in cost)
4. Costs can actually be higher than other stores
(esp. when more than one item is purchased)
5. Pays to be on top of Search Engine results
6. Zero professional backing, with history of the hobby
7. Allows below retailer MAP pricing
Consider shopping with small businesses where IF the price is a little more, it's for a good reason. You're extra couple bucks keeps the hobby moving forward by supporting people who actually support the hobby.
