Hey guys, Anyone have any idea where to purchase a blackworm keeper? Years ago they were available at That Fish Place...I called, and they don't even carry them in their store anymore. The LFS (mostly saltwater) in my area can order the worms (1/4 LB for $13--at the moment), but they can't get the keepers. I checked online for the California Blackworm Co., and they do carry the keepers, but they don't accept Discover Card . Suggestions?

I kept our Blackworms in a refrigerator pull out tray, then washed them daily, using tap water to cleanse, then de-chlorinated water in a small amount to keep them. Generally most "batches" lasted a good week this way

A quick question about blackworms. I know their water needs to be kept cold when you store them, but once you feed them, if any/very many manage to escape and dig into the gravel where the fish can't reach them, will the (tropical) temperatures of the aquarium water kill them and cause them to decay in the gravel (or wherever), thus affecting water quality?
