is it hard to breed weather loach?... ;D how do you sex them?what size can they be sexed and breed?

never breed or sexed them but i do know they get about 8 inches mine got 9 and 1/2 in my 10 gallon before he passed on.
i also had a golden dojo i think they come in regular dojo aswell. which one do you have or want to have?
as for breeding im sure theres an article somewhere out there on them i never really thaught of breeding them they just too odd to want to multiply them. lol but if you want to breed them good luck and let us know all the details and progress!

yes thats always a good way to determine say it even works with cory cats. but unless you got a really good store your buying from its really hard to tell. ive only seen 1 or 2 healthy ones the last 12 times i been on my rounds to all the LFS's
if you do end up breeding definately get pictures of both female and male when there mature so in the future other dojo lovers will know what to look for in finding a breeding pair.

from what i understand....loachs are near impossible to breed in captivity. clowns for instance i hear there has only been 2 documented cases of them breeding in captivity...
