I did an experiment with my 2 month old betta fry that seemed to have stunted growth. When I was changing out its' water everyday, I was using non-aged water straight from the tap (that was dechlorinated and at the right temp of course). But then I decided to let the water I use for it's water changes age 24 as an experiment to see if hours would help its growth. It's only been 2 days and it is growing rapidly!! It now looks like more of a partially developed tiny betta opposed to a betta fry! I am so happy. Things are looking up! I wonder if it'll look like my best male betta Critique who is its father.

Thanks Suzie so much for your congratulations! It means a lot but before I get any further into this, I have another major problem with raising my betta fry. There's the link to the topic. everythingaquatic.proboards104.com/index.cgi?board=questions&action=display&thread=147 It's at the bottom. I was hoping you could answer it. If you don't know the answer to it, I could always experiemnt a little, that's how I solved my problem here.
