I thought I'd list my current setups. I have way too many tanks. lol Anyway, here they are.
40 gallon aquarium
8 feeder goldfish (Hansel, Cona, Alden, Nemo, Foneme, Aztec, Wickren, and Sylme) 1 Hydro sponge # 1 filter fake plants, no gravel Large Whisper Filter (forgot the name)
10 gallon aquarium
2 feeder goldfish (Puon and Oranda) Whisper filter made for 10 gallons bubbler, gravel, and fake plants
(I might upgrade to a 20 if I can with the money I make at my job this summer. I want their growth to improve.)
6 gallon container
11 female guppies (am selling 2-3 soon)
heater no gravel and plastic plants Hyrdro sponge #1 filter
5 1/2 gallon aquarium
7 male guppies (selling 2-3 soon)
heater set to 78F no gravel, fake plants Hydro sponge #1 filter
4 gallon container
1 old male guppy, 4 young guppies (selling young guppies soon)
Cascade internal filter no gravel, plastic plants heater
4 gallon container
2 guppy fry
plastic plants, no gravel heater Hydro sponge #1 filter
4 gallon container
6 female bettas
heater plastic plants, no gravel Hyrdo sponge #1 filter
2 1/2 gallon aquarium
4 young guppies (selling soon)
heater set to 78F hydro sponge # 1 filter plastic plants, no gravel
7 one gallon containers each contain seperately housed bettas:
5 males 1 females 1 female that seems to be turning into a male no gravel, plastic plants
all heated to the mid 70's or so by putting them all in a huge plastic container with a heater and water
I know some of my tanks are overstocked. That is why I am selling a lot of my guppies and I have the adult males and females seperated out so they won't breed any more. I also keep up on maintance (water changes at least once weekly with vacumming on almost all of my tanks) to try to minimize the effects of overstocking. Anyway, that is what I currently have set up.
Enjoy!

good idea guys... and Renee....these tanks don`t seem that overstocked...especially considering the species and maintenance regime.

Thanks. I was a little nervous you guys would say they are really overstocked so that's a relief. I do have a lot of tanks which is why my room is a fish tank room. lol I do need to get some pictures. However, I have 3 guppy tanks to siphon out and change water for today, chores, and a huge government test in school on Monday. I don't think I'll be able to get pictures today. Maybe later though but for today I'm really busy.

Sorry I have not gotten pictures sooner. I have had 2 appointments so far this week, at least one water change or other maintance to do for my fish everyday plus an hour of homework each night. I've got studying and more water changes/siphoning to do this weekend so I'll be pretty busy. I'll try to make pictures a priority though. I'll get them when I can!

I finally got around to getting pictures. Here they are. I don't think I got pictures of all my tanks. Since I took them in the evening, some of them came out so dark that I gave up on them. But I still have plenty of pics though. Enjoy! My 2 1/2 gallon with 4 young guppies. Not sure if you can see them... Sideview of my 5 1/2 gallon male guppy tank My female guppy 6 gallon bin (all the females are in one spot basically) Another pic of my female guppy bin. Another female guppy picture. There are fake plants in there,. They are out of view in the picture. My 40 gallon with 8 feeder goldfish My 4 gallon betta and guppy fry containers. (3 are filled, 1 empty) Oranda in the 10 gallon. I was trying to get some shots of the sacks on her eyes. i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq297/goldenpuon/100_3389-1.jpg[/img]

Awesome pictures. Do you use sponge filters in the bins? I think it's a pretty cool idea to use the storage containers as fry tanks.

Thank you. Sorry for the fuzziness of the pictures. I hope that doesn't bother you guys too much. Yes, I do. I have sponge filters in basically all my tanks/containers over a gallon. All bought from Carl too. lol The bins are much cheaper than tanks and are pretty leak-proof. What you have to watch out for (since they are more bendable than glass on an aquarium) is that the plastic doesn't bend too much with the pressure of the water. I've never had a problem with that but if it went unchecked and bent too much, I think the plastic could split and there could be a leak. I've never had a problem with plastic melting from heaters in there either. I also use plastic containers for my bettas. Such cheaper and also less likely to chip or crack than 1 gallon jars. Oh. And I use the tops to the bins to cover the tanks. I also use more bins, a dupplo board, glass partitions, even towels (if there is something covering it as well already) to cover my tanks and containers for my fish, not to mention normal tank hoods.

Good news on Ellie, the betta at the bottom. After 3 days of baths, her buoyancy problem where she is stuck on the bottom and strength is improving. She is no longer laying on her side on the bottom and is doing much better.
I think I will give baths to my two old guppies sometime who are showing their age. They're too stressed with all the moves and changes right now to attempt to capture them but when they've calmed down a bit I think I will.
As well my two younger males are a bit stressed from all their pals getting sold plus I cleaned their tank yesterday but they should be ok.
My two new guppies seem to be itching a bit. They are active, eating, and also trying to breed to each other. lol I checked them over and they have no white spots, although one was a larger spot on it's tail that looks like pigmentation. For now I am increasing the salt and watching them/checking for spots daily. If they get ich I will treat them with Paraguard.
Dawn is still paling out every so often though her coloration has improved and she is active and eating though she is clamping her fins slightly. I am keeping a close eye on her.
Also a male betta who is Ellie's brother who is not doing so well.
But for the rest of my 35 or so fish, they are doing well. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks. I do way overclean my tanks. That's part of the reason I'm so busy all the time. Ellie the betta is in a bath right now as I type. She is much better and I'm hoping she will further improve. She is begging for something, it may be to get out or it may be food. lol
Ok, I'll call them comets then that were rescued feeder goldfish. Since they techically came from feeder goldfish parents which are very poor stock, I still feel the need to address that they are not the healthier, better quality subunkins comets and similar found at the store. I would never feed them to anything so I guess I see your point about me not calling them feeders anymore.
