This weeks video is of my male tank raised ocellaris and wild caught true percula female from soloman island, hosting in a bubble tip anemone
Pardon the hippo tang, he is just on a pit stop waiting for the tanks from NY.

Truly gorgeous! I take it the larger of the two is the Soloman Island? I love those markings!

Yea she is my baby from the soloman islands. My last true percula female from my biocube 14 gallon video 7 months ago, the both of them were wild caught from the New Guinea then my supplier switch over to wild caughts from the soloman islands.
You can notice the difference from the wild fish caught from different locations. the soloman island perculas will tend to have more black coloration from the 1-2 bar, as onyx perculas are collected from this area. And the forhead is more sloped.
My other two wild caughts from soloman islands are alot smaller than her and they have excellent coloration. I am waiting for them to go into the 29 before i reveil them to the world. They are for some reason two of my favorite clownfish.
So this summer is clownfish moving month, The pair of black ocellaris are moving, i have my "secret" pair of wild caught solomans moving into the 29, the tank raised ORA percula and tank raised ocellaris in the 29 are moving out, the true percula soloman and the tank raised ocellaris on the video are staying in the 14.
So there will be some unhappy clowns and some happy clowns.
And yes the wild caught female is in the GTBA.
