Fish Baths

I updated the relatively new fish bath article.

Especially in the area of cautions in the use of Potassium Permanganate and in the section about dips/swabbing.

Much of this was more to correct omissions of information that was brought to my attention by fishfever (often I have a bad habit of thinking persons can read my mind when I explain subjects whether in person or in an article as here)
